Pathum Thani City Pillar Shrine 

Pathum Thani City Pillar Shrine is designed with a tetrahedron formation that can obviously be seen on the top of the spire. The city pillar shire was made of Chaiyapruek wood elaborated in round design. The city pillar shrine’s base is also carved in lotus petal design and its top is decorated with fanciful crystal lotus blossoms. The internal part of the city pillar shrine is featured the metal casting of Phra Kan Chai Sri, Phra Sua Muang and Phra Song Muang. As the city pillar hall was built completely, its opening ceremony was held on August 23, 1978 (B.E. 2521). Currently, the city pillar shrine is located in front of Pathum Thani City Hall. Many people have visited the place to worship this sacred image of the city.
